During this phase,the client’s business requirements for SAP implementation are evaluated and the best implementation and roll out strategy is determined. Exhaustive analysis of the client’s business and associated strategic goals is important in this phase to decide on the precise requirements for ensuring an effective and efficient as well as exceptional implementation plan.

Our dedicated trainers put students into virtual projects where they should work as a SAP consultant for discussing and understanding the business requirements. Students must study the project carefully to prepare the AS IS documents and workflow diagrams and design to capture the business requirement systematically. Presentations have to be made demonstrating your understanding about the business requirement and process improvement suggestion, which will be analyzed and supervised by the group of trainers in a methodical manner.

During this phase, a detailed documentation of the results gathered during requirement phase is made. This is performed to achieve a common understanding of how the company intends to run SAP to support their business.

The Business Blueprint document represents the business process requirements of the company. It is the agreed statement of how the company intends to run its business within the SAP System.

You will be required to document the end-to-end business processes and compare them directly to the SAP business processes, leading to the refinement of the requirements of the Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Enhancements (RICE). The layout of the Blueprint documents will be provided by us and the content will be reviewed and approved by your dedicated trainer to be tailor made for your own needs.

In the Realization Phase, the Project team transforms the business requirements defined in the Business Blueprint Phase into an SAP system through configuration and customization:

• Creation of a baseline configuration and organizes prototyping
• Finalizing of the prototype and production system requirements
• Development of all custom Reporting, Interface, Conversion, and Enhancement (RICE) programs
• Identification and communication of the organizational changes required to achieve the planned business benefits
• Once the Bloomlabs documents are signed off, the next step would be to proceed with the system configuration and design
• Write Functional Specifications and get approved by your trainer
• Work directly with an ABAP consultant who will be building the code referring to the functional specifications written by you and configure the system
• Entire configuration you have performed have to be documented and will be valuated by the trainer

This phase ensures and includes resolving all crucial open issues, testing, end user training, system management, and cut over activities.The phase makes sure the client organization is set to operate business in the SAP production system.The final phase of the project will involve your dedicated Consultants reviewing every activity performed during allthe phases and give you a GO/NO-GO decision. Once the trainer gives you a Go-ahead decision you will then be required to list all required Super User Training Documentation.

This phase confirms whether the solution designed, configured and customized is working efficiently or not. It includes resolving all crucial open issues through end to end testing. During this phase, your dedicated trainer will review the configuration document after all the system configuration is complete and then give you a signal to go-ahead with the Integration Testing, where end to end cycle is tested with different scenarios.
